I value friendship, honesty, trust, love and just plain having fun. Most of the time I’m either smiling or laughing about something and I’m generally a very happy and uplifting person. I try to go into any situation with the best attitude possible and I wake up every morning with the intention of seizing the day. I don’t settle for good, I strive for excellent.

I love watching surgeries on Discovery Health Channel, but the sight of roadkill makes me queasy. When a song I like comes on, I belt out the lyrics and dance along, regardless of who is on the car with me. Needless to say, I get some strange looks from passing cars. I have a bachelor’s degree in Education, but am working towards another for Nursing. One day I want to be a nurse in the ICU and help children who have cancer fight the disease and make their days easier and even fun. I don’t ever want to retire, instead, if I were to stop working at a hospital, I would want to be a teacher at a nursing school.

Suburban guy with plans to move to the city…finally. After years of wanting to do it, a change is in the making. I grew up in Oakville, known as a little bedroom town to Toronto. Eventually made my way to my current place of residence over ten years ago. Did the whole “buy a house and renovate it” thing with my then-partner. We were the typical “gay suburb” couple. And in typical fashion, we divorced “suburb” style.

I guess more than anything I would describe myself as content. Content with me and my life. I feel more grounded today despite the fact that I have so much less solid footing. I have lost so much through the divorce, but have found that that in itself delivers its own liberation. Life has taken me to knees many times and I wouldn’t trade any of it for anything, for though this I have found me, and today… that’s enough.

Hey Guys, name’s Kevin. Well I’m 26 and living in Astoria, Queens. I am in my final year of law student looking to work in family law. As a Taurus, I am passionate and go head strong into everything I do. I am neither masculine nor feminine but a good mix of both.
