People tell me that I’m constantly smiling, even too much sometimes, but surely that can’t be a bad thing. I live and work in London and have been loving it since I moved here 3 years ago. London has so much to offer and I just try and embrace it as much as possible.

In a man, I most definitely have a type, however, I’m not very good at sticking to it. Mostly, I like a guy who is slightly older, taller (I’m 5’11”), bigger than me, and a man with facial and chest hair will make my head turn every time. I guess you can say I’m into bears. I look for someone with intelligence who can maintain a good conversation, someone who makes me laugh, and ultimately, someone who embodies masculinity.

I’ve done a bit of time teaching in Thailand, did my undergrad in Montreal, and now I’m finishing a masters in public admin from UVic and working for the feds in Ottawa. For the past few years I’ve been putting minimal effort into dating in general, but figure this is a good way to throw myself out there and see what kind of bites I get. I feel like I’m finally in a spot where I have time and energy to actually get to know someone past how many siblings they have and what their favorite movies are. This isn’t to say that I’m only looking for a long-term deeply profound relationship, but I am at the very least open to it.
