In London I am at university doing a degree in Hispanic Studies, learning Spanish and Portuguese languages and studying Iberian and Latin American history and literature. In my free time I like to work out, and I’m a huge music and fashion geek. I would love to carry on my studies to a Masters and PhD in Latin American studies and ultimately work in academia, teaching and writing books and generally being a nerd.

Kareem is the kind of guy who will write in the third person to avoid starting his first sentence with “I.” He’s a hard-core karaoker, a sarcasm subscriber and a grammar snob who sucks at spelling. He’d rather watch NYC’s Ninth Ave than TV, but he’s been known to tune in for Drag Race. And he’s a social media maven (it’s his job after all). His major passions include international travel, pop music, and writing.

If you were to ask me what I do for a living, I would answer you I’m a graphic designer, but what I really love is to work as a party promoter and DJ. I have been working in several parties and clubs in São Paulo for more than a year and I must say I love the nightlife. I live in one of the biggest cities in the world and the nightlife in São Paulo is crazy and wild… well, if you are looking for that!
