In terms of what I am into, generally I am really just looking for a man that makes me feel comfortable and safe at all times. This individual must possess a certain quality and energy that I will know is what I’m looking for when I’m around that person. I am a empathetic kind of person, I like to treat people as I like to be treated and have no problems putting people in their place if need be (some call this blunt). This is due to my experiences related the job I have worked in a compassion clinic, helping people with all kinds of illnesses.

I am a true romantic, passionate and honest guy and so should you. In my opinion, Trust and Respect are the two most beautiful qualities someone has to offer to someone else.
I love to entertain, maybe due to my background. I was trained as a chef, and spent 10 years of my life working in the Luxury Hotel Management field (MBA from Cornell). It also allowed me to travel a lot and live in different countries but I consider Toronto home.

I trained as a Chef in Italy, and enjoyed the rockstar lifestyle of a Chef for several years. All this really means is I worked for 16 hours a day, rarely slept, and told myself it was all for “the glory” Eventually I grew tired of this and started practicing yoga. In hindsight this was the beginning of a series of shifts in direction. Shortly after this I signed a modelling contract with an agency in Toronto and flew away to South Africa. While in Capetown I was blessed to work just enough to fuell my wanderlust and in a rented 1968 Volkswaagen Beetle I connected with what I believe to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

In terms of guys that I am interested in, I have to say first and foremost he would definitely have to have a sense of humour. The goofier the better. Whether you’re bringing a six-pack or a bubba to the table is a side issue for me; if you can’t make me laugh then you won’t win my heart. A love of cartoons like Drawn Together or Avatar, or if you can quote from Transmetropolitan or Sandman is a great start, and can only be enhanced by a proclivity towards discussing it over a trip to the ROM or the Science Centre where we’d make inappropriate jokes about the masterpieces of the world around us.

I am a fun loving guy and get along with just about everyone. I appreciate someone who is honest and kind. I am a former competitive swimmer but have recently taken up water polo(which I’m really enjoying). I have also been doing Hot Yoga on a regular basis to take care of my body and mind. I’m also in the midst of kicking my ass in a Crossfit boot camp training program that has me pretty much beaten to a pulp.. but I’ll look fantastic( (I’d better!)
